The platform operates strictly as a technology and infrastructure provider.

3. No Advisory or Trading Services

• No investment advice is provided
• No trading signals or tips are offered
• No portfolio or fund management services
• All strategies are user-defined and user-controlled

4. Strategy Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for defining, operating, and managing their strategies. CryptoRoutes only converts user-defined logic into structured systems.

5. Development & Deployment

• Strategy logic is converted into Python-based systems
• Typical development time is approximately 48 hours after confirmation
• Strategies are deployed on CryptoRoutes-managed VPS infrastructure
• Users may request updates or refinements during active subscription

6. Data & Strategy Type

• Platform supports technical, rule-based, and AI-assisted strategies
• News-based or external data strategies require user-provided data sources
• CryptoRoutes does not supply external market or news data feeds

7. Execution & Control

• All actions are initiated and confirmed by users
• No automated execution occurs without user interaction
• Users maintain full control over strategy operation

8. Non-Custodial Nature

• CryptoRoutes does not hold or manage user funds
• All trading occurs directly on user-linked exchange accounts

9. Payments & Subscriptions

• Access to services is provided through subscription plans
• Plans include development, deployment, and platform access
• Payments are processed via authorized payment gateways

10. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be considered only for technical issues or duplicate payments
• No refunds for usage-based or subscription consumption
• Violation of terms voids refund eligibility

11. Technology Risks

• System downtime, latency, or errors may occur
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• No liability for technical failures or delays

12. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for trading outcomes or financial losses. Liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user.
